Kari Lake, President Donald Trump’s choice to head the Voice of America, sent a message criticizing the annulment of Romania’s presidential election.
In a video message, Lake, a well-known Trump ally, said “Hello everyone, I’m Kari Lake, and I want to speak to the citizens of Romania. Elections are the backbone of freedom, the voice of the people, and the cornerstone of democracy. The recent annulment of the presidential election is a huge step backwards for these principles. While concerns about foreign interference should not be ignored, the annulment of the election undermines the democracy it is supposed to protect. Your voice matters! Stand up and demand transparency, accountability, and the right to vote! Don’t give in! Democracy is not a gift; it is a responsibility worth fighting for! Together, you can ensure that Romania’s future remains anchored in freedom and justice. And don’t forget, we all stand in solidarity with you!"
While a hopeful sign that the new administration has yet to take any serious action to punish the globalist elites in Romania who subverted the democratic process. It remains to be seen if the Trump administration will take action to free the Romanian people from the Iohannis dictatorship that now rules the country.
