Caroline Galactéros, PHD in Political Science, is a French geopolitician.Former civil servant for the French government (international crisis assessment), Colonel in the French Army Operational Reserve from 2004 to 2022 , Professor to the French War College and top business schools, she runs PLANETING, a French boutique strategy consulting firm providing to public institutions and corporate clients strategic counseling and coaching. She also leads GEOPRAGMA (ThinkTank dedicated to non-dogmatic geopolitics and realistic approach of international relations) and recently created Paix et Guerre (Peace and War) a YouTube channel providing analysis of the current international issues.
Frequent speaker for corporate, military and public audiences, she’s also frequently publishing or speaking in French and foreign medias.
She authored three books: - “Ways of the World, Ways of War” (Manières du monde, Manières de guerre), Paris 2013, Nuvis éditions, preface from Hubert Védrine ; “War, technology and society: does progress go in the right direction?” (Guerre, technologie et société : le progrès va-t-il dans le bon sens ?) with Régis Debray et le Général Vincent Desportes, Paris 2014, Nuvis éditions ; « Vers un Nouveau Yalta » (Towards a New Yalta ), Paris, 2019, Sigest éditions.
