With the autonomy of Republika Srpska under increasing attack by globalist forces from the US and EU seeking to transform Bosnia into a “multi-ethnic” state under Muslim dominance, lawmakers in the autonomous Serb Republic voted on Wednesday to cease publishing decrees by the globalist High Representative in the official journal. This means that they will no longer have the effect of law in the Republic.
The Office of the High Representative is essentially a colonial administrator imposed on the country by Western powers in the aftermath of the Bosnian War in the 1990s. The Office has since been used by globalist forces to impose their dominance in Bosnia with the goal of subordinating Republika Srpska to the Western-backed Muslim administration in Sarajevo.
Republika Srpska does not recognize the former German government minister and ally of Angela Merkel, Christian Schmidt, who was appointed to the role in 2021, as High Representative because the U.N. Security Council did not approve his appointment as required under the Dayton Peace Agreement.
“Today Bosnia and Herzegovina does not have the High Representative. This one here [Christian Schmidt] is not the High Representative and this is the message of Republika Srpska,” declared Prime Minister Radovan Višković, before the Republic’s Parliament.
Schmidt who has been working hand in hand with globalist forces to reimpose German foreign policy of the 1930s in the Balkans, threatened Serbs earlier this week to obey his decrees. This comes after U.S. Ambassador to Bosnia Michael Murphy ordered U.S. bombers to do a low flyover of Republika Srpska earlier in the month in an effort to intimidate Serb leaders and send the message that the United States could resume its bombing of the country if they do not submit to globalist demands.
The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, declared in a tweet, “Republika Srpska cannot cooperate with the High Representative because there is currently no High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The person who falsely presents himself and whom part of the international community tries to impose as a High Representative has never been confirmed in the UN Security Council. Let Michael Murphy show the public such a decision when he reminds Republika Srpska of its Dayton obligations. Which again is not his job to interpret that agreement because the country he represents is not a foreign signatory to the Dayton Agreement. The National Assembly has a legitimate right and a constitutional obligation to protect the Republika Srpska from the anti-Dayton activities of the false High Representative, and that is why it proposed changes to the law and other regulations that will regulate that his decisions are not published in the “Official Gazette of Srpska.”
