During a five-day visit to the United States, Bulgaria’s globalist defense minister Tudor Tagarev lashed out against American historians writing about Bulgaria, who do not comply with the doctrine of the new globalist censorship regime being instituted in Sofia. Tagarev called for removing “facts” from history texts “that might give rise to appreciation for Russia’s role in our past.”

Tagarev made his Orwellian remarks to the Atlantic Council, a NATO-funded “think tank,” the Soros Open Society Foundation, the British Foreign Ministry, the Rockefeller Foundation, and other globalist entities. Tagarev and his prime minister Nikolay Denkov are known Soros acolytes who have embarked on an effort to crush opposition to the globalist agenda in Bulgaria.

The defense minister called for “surveillance” of traditional Bulgarian media, as well as social networks “to counteract the Russian propaganda,” which is Orwellian Newspeak for anything that opposes the globalist agenda being dictated by Washington and Brussels. He also called for the indoctrination of Bulgarian students, telling the assembled globalist groups that “facts capable of giving appreciation for the role of Russia in our past” must be eliminated from textbooks and for “appropriate interpretations” to replace historical facts.

The Denkov-Tagarev government was installed in Sofia last summer after efforts by the U.S. Embassy to unite the various globalist groups in the country. The government has since undertaken a campaign to undermine democracy and the rule of law in the country. The Denkov Regime has gone so far as to try to change the national holiday, which marks Bulgaria’s liberation from the Ottoman Turks and the founding of the modern Bulgarian nation-state because it sees that date as too closely aligned with Russia because of the key role it played in freeing Bulgaria from the Ottoman yoke.
